It is determined that it will be officially implemented from November 1 this year.
Different from the two mask standards mentioned by the reporter above, the two key indicators of the new standard are "protective effect of fine particles (PM2.5)" and "safety performance of wearing". They are aimed at the protective masks that we wear to filter out particles in the air pollution environment in our daily life.

The protection effect mentioned in the standard is the core index of the standard, "the protection effect level here is set according to the air quality category in the national air quality standard, which is divided into four levels from low to high: Level D, level C, level B and level a"
The corresponding use environment is as follows: Level D is suitable for moderate (PM2.5 concentration ≤ 150 μ g / m3) and below pollution, level C is suitable for severe (PM2.5 concentration ≤ 250 μ g / m3) and below pollution, level B is suitable for serious and below pollution (PM2.5 concentration ≤ 350 μ G / m3), and grade A is suitable for serious pollution (PM2.5 concentration reaches 500 μ g / m3).
